I have sensitive skin. Can I wear your jewelry?
Yes! All our jewelry is nickel and lead-free, making it hypoallergenic and safe for most people with sensitive skin.
However, if you experience any irritation, please stop wearing the jewelry and apply aloe vera gel to soothe the area.
Will the jewelry turn black? Will my skin turn green?
No, absolutely not! Our jewelry is made from high-grade stainless steel which has PVD plated 18k gold on the surface . These do not rust or tarnish.
- Skin-safe: Your skin will not turn green.
- Maintenance: Over time, natural oxidation may cause slight dullness. We provide a polishing cloth with every order—wipe your pieces occasionally to maintain their shine.
What is your shipping policy?
- Processing Time: Orders take 2–3 working days to process (please expect delays during festive periods) and then a few days to deliver (refer below).

- Singapore (local orders): 2-3 working days
- International orders: 14–21 working days (delivery times may vary depending on the country and courier).
What is your returns and exchange policy?
We have a 30 day warranty where we accept one time free exchanges only if:
- The product is incorrect.
- The product is defective.
- The product breaks.
We do not accept returns or exchanges for the following reasons:
- Incorrect item ordered due to customer error.
- Incorrect mailing address provided during checkout.
- Customer simply dislikes the product.
- Delays in delivery times.
Note: For sizing exchange, it is within 1 week of purchase date (valid receipt/order number is required)
